That question is exactly why I created Lyft30.

Lyft30 is an online fitness coaching platform for women 30+ who are balancing careers, families, and real life—yet still want to build muscle, recomposition their bodies, and feel confident in their own skin. This isn’t about extremes or temporary fixes. It’s about creating strength that lasts.

Instead of handing you a rigid meal plan, I teach you how to build your own. Instead of chasing short-term results, we focus on consistency, balance, and habits that actually fit into your life. My coaching is built from the ground up so you’re not starting over every few months—you’re building forward.

As a business owner, Pro Fitness Model, wife, and mom, I understand what it means to carry responsibility while still wanting more for yourself. Sustainability isn’t about perfection. It’s about discipline, boundaries, and showing up—even when life is full.
